Each candidate will be added to the GTU-Graduate School Interviews team, where the interview will take place, as a guest user in the MS Teams application, using the email addresses they used in their applications. Each candidate must check their email addresses and follow the instructions in the pdf file titled External Participant Joining the Meeting.

For identity verification, each candidate must have a camera on their computer and it must be working. To avoid any problems, each candidate is expected to download the MS Teams application and check their camera and microphone beforehand.
Master's interviews are planned as a single session on Thursday, January 27, 2022, and Doctoral interviews are planned as a single session on Friday, January 28, 2022. In order not to waste time in the interviews that cannot be held, the next candidate will be interviewed. For this reason, candidates must be ready in front of their computers during the session they will attend. The order in which candidates will be interviewed is given in the table below.
Applications of candidates who do not attend the session will be considered invalid.

Each candidate must log in to their Teams account using their browser or Teams desktop/mobile applications according to the instructions in the pdf file titled External Participant Joining the Meeting 15 minutes before the specified event time and remain online until the interview is over. The GTU-Graduate School Interviews team will contact the candidates who are online under the Submissions heading and add them to the interview in order. Interviews will be conducted in English.
