Dear Graduate Program Applicant Students of GTU,
The Graduate English Proficiency Exam will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at the Department of Foreign Languages of our university. Newly applying candidate students as well as all registered students may take the exam.
Applications will be accepted by the Student Affairs Department until the end of working hours on Thursday, January 15, 2026. The list of applicants whose applications have been approved will be announced on the university’s official website by the Student Affairs Department on Friday, January 16, 2026. The exam room information for candidates who will take the exam will be published on the Department of Foreign Languages’ website by the end of working hours on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
Note: Registered students who have continued their studies under the supervision of their academic advisors or by taking courses are not required to submit an application for this exam.

The exam consists of multiple-choice questions. The distribution of questions is as follows:
