Dear GTU Undergraduate Students and Administrative Staff,
The Erasmus English proficiency exam, which will be administered on Monday, 29 December 2025, will be held face-to-face between 10:00 and 13:00. You can access the details of the exam from the announcement previously published on our website.

All students/administrative staff are required to bring their student ID cards/staff ID cards or Turkish ID cards to the exam. If you do not have an official ID, a student certificate/staff certificate obtained from the student affairs office or through the e-Government system will also be accepted. Foreign students are required to bring their passports. Individuals who do not have any form of identification with them will not be allowed to take the exam.
