Dear Students,
For students who registered between September 29 – October 3 through the YÖS additional quota for the 2025–2026 Fall Semester, the English Proficiency Exam will be held face-to-face on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, between 13:00 – 16:00. The exam will take place in Foreign Languages Department, Classroom 104.
The duration of the exam is 180 minutes. The exam consists of a total of 80 multiple-choice questions covering Listening, Use of English, Vocabulary, and Reading. The exam will begin with the “Listening” section, and candidates arriving late will not be allowed to enter the exam.
It is mandatory for all students to have their T.C. identity cards with them during the exam. International students must have their passports with them.

For students who fail the proficiency exam and are required to study in the preparatory program, the Placement Test will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Information regarding this exam will be announced after the proficiency exam.
