Dear GTÜ Undergraduate Students,
The Undergraduate English Proficiency Exam, which will be held face to face on Monday, September 16, 2024 between 10:00 - 13:00, can be found in the announcement we previously published on the web.

All students are required to have their student IDs or Turkish IDs with them during the exam. If there is no student card, a student certificate obtained from the student affairs office or through the e-government system is also accepted. Foreign students must have their passports with them. The exam begins with the listening (listening) section so please do not be late for the exam. The students who do not have any IDs with them or is late for the exam will not be taken into the exam.
IMPORTANT NOTES

- STUDENTS WHO APPLY FOR TRANSFER will not be allowed to take this exam. Qualifying exams have been held for horizontal transfer.

- Your Proficiency Exam results will be announced through the "Proliz student information system" . After logging in to the system with the username and password assigned to you during university transactions, you can see your grades from the "General Transactions - General Information - Preparation Status" menu.
- The exam results WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED in any way other than the ÖBS system. Please do not send an e-mail to find out your section scores or the remaining information you passed.

- Exam results will be entered into the Student Affairs system by Wednesday, September 18, 2024. Please check your ÖBS system regularly until this date.

- LEVEL DETERMINATION EXAM for those who are confirmed to study in the preparatory section will be held on Monday, SEPTEMBER 23, 2024. Information about this exam will be shared on our department website after the proficiency exam.

- Undergraduate students cannot take the Graduate English proficiency exam. This exam is for master's and doctoral programs. The proficiency exam for the undergraduate program will be held on September 16. Please pay attention to the announcements.
